• Where am I being a bottleneck?
• What do I need to delegate?
• Who can I give more trust and ownership to?
• How am I best contributing to this team's success? How am I hurting it?
• In what ways is this business unable to grow beyond me?

This is a reminder to take a Clarity Break.

Sit with these questions this month. Give yourself this space.
Then find new ways to leverage your time.
